I think you have made a smart decision. Othewise I would say cook all the meat that thawed since it should be fine. I think there is no chance it got above 35*.

Oh man, that is the ultimate SIN. I would get murdered for 1 4oz pack of wasted milk. Women hord that stuff like gold

Here is my professional advice:
1) Items in the Back that are still solidly frozen and show no signs of thawing are good to go.
2) Items thawed, If they were 40 F Internal Temperature ... Cook it and you have 7 days to consume it or freeze it..
