New Take On Camera Thieft

Bob, we had some things stolen from our place up the river from you several years ago. We haven't had any trouble in a while.

Last year some punks did stack a bunch of brush and rocks in the road coming out of a curve in the road. I talked very clearly on the phone to the sheriffs office as I cleared the road. I'm sure they were in the bushes watching.

They haven't done that since either.

I know this is not funny but it made me laugh. You have to give this thief props for having standard in the things he steals. He doesn't stand for you having below standard belongings that cause him to waste his time stealing only to realize that it is not in 100% working order.

Bob, I have known you for almost over 30 years. Knowing some of your old friends. They probibally did it to you as a joke. I remember as a kid some of the stuff y'all would do to each other at the archery shop or out door range. Most of those things would get you thrown in jail now.

I would put another camera out in the same spot. . . . but put a few cameras in hidden spots around it and maybe out of easy reach (like up in a tree branch), and hope they come back. Punks like that need to be taken care of.

I would be mad no doubt, I have had cams stolen as well as just the SD cards( probably just trespassing & not a thief), but atleast you know they are not getting an use out of it & that their efforts were in vain....

Naw I don't think so. I'm the only one besides my best friend Andy, that hunts here and he hasn't even had a chance to hunt yet.

I got to thinking today about the SD card and it might still be good if I could find that part of the camera. I went back and found just about every part of the camera, all the batteries and 2 live 2 1/2" .410 shells, but not the part of the camera that holds the SD card. I'm going back for more, I ain't through.

And Brad, I can't remember me pulling any pranks on any one. I was one of the good guys.
