Good call, wouldn't have shot him either. Plenty of growing room.

With a rifle that would have been easy to let him walk but with a bow it might be a little different story.Save your tag and shot some trash that is a real nice up and comer.Good job on letting him grow it's hard to do sometimes,but it will pay off.

Good call I'm not sure he's 4.5 looks younger to me, is that a high fence in the back ground or just the camera angle, just curious.

I have had the opportunity with the bow as well.

The camera angle makes it look like a high fence but it isn't. I originally thought he was a 3.5yr old but in pictures he has seemed older

Looks like he'll be at least a 10 next year if he makes it through the season.

Yeah he looks 4.5 in the pictures, I would give him another year but thats just me. We have a rule on my place if you kill a trophy it has to go on the wall as a shoulder mount, so that extra 600 makes you think long and hard first.
