    Lion? Bobcat? What else?

I have one of the best stands in Runnels county. Every time I hunted it for the last 10 years I see between 20-30 deer. Only once or twice have I goose egged (hi wind or 85 degrees)

This has been the worst year ever. No moon, cold, no wind. And I have seen 1 spike in 3 days.

I hear shots near. My buddies stand has activity. (1,000 acre lease)

Could I have cats nearby? Where did all the deer go?

Drought hammered us in Brady, have seen very few mature doe! We normally will have 6-8 at a feeder every sit. We have Seen a lot of bucks and a few young doe but that is it.

Been a tough year. We need a hard freeze to knock some food down and the deer will have to start moving then.

            I was afraid of this.

My buddy has seen bucks but few doe.

People say rut is on, but there are no doe at the feeder to pull them in.

It's not just you, we have corn piling up under all of our feeders, to much food out there, the deer just aren't coming to the feeders. I believe a man needs to be hunting the water holes right now.

They all moved onto my place. I told them to send a letter to let you know. LOL Do you have water?

Find the acorns. I have a feeder in the middle of an oak flat that has corn piled up under it. A doe came in yesterday morning and ate acorns for 45 minutes and didn't even glance at the feeder.

I'm on Colorado river and I have a 3 acre tank.

                    No oaks. All mesquite.

Set up on a trail leading to the feeder or to water. They are there, just not at the feeders yet.
