If I remember correctly as long as he is not branched on that left side he would be legal to shoot. Do you have a side pic of his left side Kraig?

Not 13 and looks like 2 tips on the left. Looks as if he may have been hit by a car or some kinda damage to his right side of body a couple years ago to mess of the left antler. If that is so, He will probably have a really nice rack next year. If it was a pedicle injury, left will be messed up for life most likely.

I think he will make it, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. If his rack is like this from and injury, it will not matter in his offspring.
