    Processing day

    Been processing my deer from last weekend and some meat the I cubed from last year into hamburger & chili meat. I even had a good helper.

    Thanks to my LEM sausage stuffer and tape machine things went much faster this year.

    Now I have the hind quarters to cut into steaks and debone the neck into a fat roast.

      I wish I would have bought the stuffer last year. I put up about the same amount of meat in about 2 hours from grinding to freezer compared to about 6-7 hours last year.

            Why not grind staight to the bag? i think i need a stuffer. But for sausage. Is it easy to refill the stuffer? Anything you dont like about it?
