    Snake under cabin

I had a a bad experiance last night when i was done hunting i headed up to my cabin, and walked right past a rather large rattlesnake that i did not see because there was not a light on. well I shot it several times before it escaped in a hole under the cabin. the house is a pier and beam house with a rock footer. i know i can fill the hole up, but is there someting i can do to flush him and his little buddies out? Thanks in advance!

You shot it or shot at it?If you shot it,it's not coming back out more than likely.

We have a den under our ranch house, have killed several in the yard, one night we killed 7.

Moth balls and cats. Also, throw bug bombs under the house.

Killed 2 copperheads under the camphouse this past weekend myself. Friday and Saturday night seeing all the pill bugs and frogs I was thinking I needed to do something before the snakes showed up. I was too late, found 2 under the camp Monday morning. I spread a bag of Spectracide out and went by on thursday and did not see one bug or frog. I've heard mothballs work but don't know from experience yet. There will be plenty of mothballs spread under the camp this weekend.

Mothballs and a slingshot. Get 'em way up under the house and along the edges as well.

Put a hose on the end of your tail pipe, shove the other end in as far as you can. let it run but stay out of your cabin while doing this. If ther is anything under there it will come out.

My dad always told me about gassing dens in the winter time. Said the gasoline burns their skin an will cause them to come out. Also said it doesn't take much about a table spoon. Don't know if it'll help, just a thought.

Yes, it would work but I for one wouldn't want to be spraying gasoline under or around my cabin.

The moth balls will work but your cabin is going to smell like a grannies house.

feed a water hose down the whole them pour a little bit of gas down it and the fumes will drive him out if he is not already dead.

About a pound of C4 should take care of the issue
