Flywise, the family land im speaking of backs to the property north of your station. Have you seen one running through there with a drop?

I'll be glad to give you a hand if you ever need any help and make it down...live like 10 min away from there!

I have been trying to find some small spots along 1431 and Parmer and other areas close to Cedar Park...most of the land is owned by developers and investment companies and won't let anyone hunt them.

I wrote to the owners of the property behind Station 4, but didn't get a response from them...I'd like to set up a stand in there.

Texas Crush Stone has some monsters on the place.

I lost my "Honey Hole" at the last minute in Westlake and been looking for another spot.

I hunted a spot a few years back at the corner of 620 and Parmer. It's a pretty big plot of land, but I lost the guy's number on purpose as he tried to stiff me. Deal was, my buddy and I took him duck hunting, he let us deer hunt. We came through on the duck hunt, and he came through on the deer hunt, but after I killed a doe, he suddenly wanted me to pay him. "Uh, yeah, sure, I'll get back to you on that one bubba." Anyway, he had some good deer there, and since his property backs up to an apartment complex, the deer aren't super spooky. Quick as lightening, but not too terribly concerned about people. It was a cool place, and lots of deer there.

Kaitlin's grandparents live in Breakaway Point off Parmer and have deer in their front yard every evening. I watched a good buck from about 15-20 yards on Thanksgiving day. I was standing in the open, in blue jeans and a polo and he paid me no attention. I REALLY wanted to sling an arrow, but it's a no go in the neighborhood.

I hunt around the 1431/Parmer area and there are some good deer around! Hogs too! Here are a couple pics from earlier in the season (sorry no current pics saved on the computer).

              I hunt wilco as well.
Some decent deer are here if left alone to get some age on them.

We have seen a couple decent bucks in the yard (sta4) but nothing like a couple we saw last year. I see a truck drive into the gate in front of the station nearly every shift. not sure if he is hunting or if it is a developer.
Got work a few days ago that the Schlitterbaun deal has been moved to the land right next to the station

There are some monsters in TCP. One night while driving home from RR on old McNeil, I saw a non-typical that was easily over 180. He just stood beside the road while I almost stopped and looked at him

Was that on the Pearson Ranch on the corner of 620 and Parmer Ln.?

I'm trying to get permission to hunt a 17 ac piece that butts up to Breakaway Park...there are plenty of deer in that area!

I knew a guy that has cattle in that property at one time. I thought a church was going in close to the station, on 20 ac right off Parmer. That area is going to be packed when Schlitterbaun is build.

I think there is still a cow or two but have no noticed as many as i used to.
I do know the church owned the property but had not heard about the church going in. And the schlitterbaun thing was just told to me last shift so dont really know any other details. I'm not sure how the folks back there are going to like it if it does get moved right there. I was told 2 years ago I could hunt that property by the guy who took care of the cows but a few days later he called me and said the owner decided he did not want anyone over there so I never go to set up a stand.

nope, no plane. Grandpa says he lives on the ghetto part of the neighborhood. The runway is across the street from him.

The place i hunted was the banks farm, at least that was the guy's last name who owned it. North east corner of 620 and Parmer.
