Very nice. I plan on doing something along these lines in the next 4-5 years. Anxious to see the finished product.

no sir. im wanting a wood burning stove installed in the living room. still looking for the stove and an installer. when it comes to putting fire in my house i think i would rather someone who has done it before, do it for me. lol. i just dont trust myself, and i want to make sure the roof is sealed properly.

Well I'm not for sure of the total yardage or price per yard but I remeber correctly it was about 5.50 sqft on the house pad. The flatwork (driveway and porches) were about 1.25 per square foot. I also went with a post tension foundation due to the soil type I have. It was recommended by some builders I know in the area. I did see some other prices anywhere from 3.50- 6.25 sqft. On the lower end they were just rebar slabs and small diameter rebar at that. You kind of get what you pay for is what I found.

Oh yea. Thanks SoTx I never did give that info. Its 3 bed 3.5 bath. Its got an office that could be a bedroom, and an attic area that could later be finished out into a bedroom. But I don't plan on having that many kids. Lol. These type of buildings have so many options its awesome. The way I've got mine desined I could add on to any wall fairly easy. I'm saying that in regards to if I needed to. I think this will be more house than I will ever need as it is. But I'd rather have it and not need it then not have it and need it. Thanks to everyone for tagging along. Its actually motivating knowing that people are interested. It makes me want to get stuff done quicker so I can show yall. Lol.
