    Rattling from a tree stand

I am headed to Kansas Monday, should be prime time for some rattling, I usually bring real antlers, they are a pain to carry along to the stand, what do you use, real or the rattle bags etc. ? Do you have the same confo in whatever you use ? Thanks for the suggestions and opinions.

I'm headed there myself today. First year I was there, I used a rattle bag. My first Ks buck came in and I shot him. This was on my first day as well. Ever since, I've been using real horns. Just a average 8 point set, but man, have I rattled in the deer with those. One year, just in a 45 min period, I rattled in 5 bucks. To me, the horns sound a lot better than the bag, but the bag will work. Now is the time, so don't be afraid to use them, any time of the day.

We rattle a LOT in Shackleford Cnty growing up and always used real antlers and always had great results (that had much more to do with the ranch we were hunting and not the rattling tools we were using)

I just use a rattlebag now because of the ease of carrying them around and have had just as good of luck with them.

I have had good success with the rack pack from knight and hale. Rattled in and shot a 14 pt. at the Hag two years ago.

This what I have used for years. Have had success all over Texas.

I used the primos rattle bag to rattle in my first buck last Saturday.

Walmarts finest rattlebag brought in my deer, but it is all about the timing. they would probably come to any noise if they are rutting hard. if they are not interested, it's not like they will just magically become so because of certain set of noises.
