I grew up just south of Piedmont, and Im pretty familiar with oklahoma code....

Child was under 7 yrs old so the officer could not legally cite him for it, so he wrote the mother a ticket, it will not hold up in court..

Officer shoud be fired..

I am an LEO and agree with all the above post, also, how in the hell do you get a $2500 fine for any type of what would be a Class "C" misdemeanor in Texas? Maybe one to many 0's?
