Internship needed

I am a student at Tarleton State University. I graduate in the spring with a major in Agricultural Services and Development and a minor in business and an emphasis in Wildlife Management. Next semester I will spend five weeks in the class room and 11 weeks doing an internship. I need to line up an internship, so any help or guidance would be appreciated. Can go anywhere in Texas and looking to do something with the outdoors, and business.
