Well, Cotton, the reference to it being stupid is with a person finding and picking one up in mind. Now, if you've got a handful of them....

My brother had bald eagles living behind his house and they soared overhead everyday. Occassionally, they'd drop a feather in his pasture or yard. Its a shame its illegal for one to pick one of these offcasts up.
