Close call with Wiley the coyote

Just scalped a yote. He came in real cautious behind me. I squeaked at him and he finally took a couple more steps. I could only see his legs and head. He ducked the arrow! I thought I heard it hit his head. He ran Into the brush line and shook off like a dog. Exciting !

I could smell them before they got here. All I want is to see some deer. Dang pigs and Yotes.
6 pigs, about a hundred pounds came in. I shot the white one with a two blade cut on contact. He's over in the brush expiring now.

Everyone likes my corn! Is it too much to ask just to see a deer

Cool. I’ve gotten a couple yotes with my bow. It was fun stuff.

I still haven’t killed one with stick and string.

I launched an arrow at one about 5 years ago. The arrow missed by a mile high amd the yote was gone before the arrow was close.

I had one with a pup come blasting in my set when I let out a doe bleat.....she stopped at about 17 yards trying to figure out where the deer where....I let one fly and got lucky finding her expired in a ditch about 70 yards away....there was very little blood to trail even though I hit lung. I didn't kill a buck last season but my first coyote with a bow was pretty cool instead I suppose
