I had one, he passed a few years back, what do you want to know ?

Just looking for a dog that is kinda all around- had a Jagd that was killed. He was 100 miles an hour at all times. Would reallly like a small dog to retrieve and if it can learn to follow blood as well then that would just be a bonus. Not looking for just a gritty blood dog that will bay and catch.

Also what are they like around the house. Wife said if we get another dog she wants one that she can sit around with in the house as I work nights. Are they one person dogs or entire family?
