Blanco County Live: last and Final Round 12

Last hunt until December, gotta was back to work. Looking for a mature buck to let the air out of. Got one tag filled and 4 for more ready to be attached to a deer.

I am sitting in the "sauna" watching a feeder and Bones is sitting Ina. Tripod in hopes I'd whacking his first deer with his homemade bow. He is looking for a fat doe or one of the cull bucks we have seen.

Breakfast will be served in about 20 minutes.

Several deer at feeder. Big doe and I can see horns, but it looks like a young deer.

2nd buck is a 3.5 8 with good potential. 1st buck is a 4.5 9 that will be a beast next yea if he makes it through the season.

Neighbors dog got out and scared everything off. Neighbor has been warned about his dogs screwing with my barn cats. Although he did tell me to shoot them if the messes with cats. I told him I would just turn the hog dogs loose on them.

It has been so bad over here I didn't even get up this morning. Another solid week with no deer in daylight hours on cams.

We had deer everywhere. I had three bucks and two does at the feeder when the neighbors dog started sniping around. Bones had a bunch at the other feeder. Afternoons have been horrible, but mornings have been great.
