Lease Contract

Anyone have examples of lease contracts (landowner and lessee) you can send me. I am interested in a 3-5 year deal with options for additional years that cap increases in case the landowner gets greedy. Also some options if the landowner sales. As you people know, it costs a lot to get everything moved in and set up, I want to protect myself and our group from getting the rug pulled out from under us.
