    Scam???

So I have been looking for a 2012 Carbon Element in left hand blackout color 70# with 29" draw. Saw one online but it didnt say if LH or RH. In the item description the guy says he also has a few other bows for sale.

So I email the guy and get a reply that says yes he also has a LH model for sale. Below is our email exchange. Read starting from the bottom and go to the top. I do want to mention that the guy has a few dozen Ebay transactions with 100% feedback.

Read from the bottom up: Email addresses have been deleted. Just wondering what yalls thoughts were?

Shipping from Maryland, i do not have a shop in the states and no i cannot take a pic with any tag. These bows are already in UPS custody back in the states so that all i need to do here is fill in their papers with my buyer's name and address and the package will be on it's way.
That's all i can do for you. If you don't feel comfortable, please find another offer.

Where would it be shipping from?

Do you have an archery shop in the states?

Can you take a pic of the tag on the box, showing it is what I am looking for?

I am interested in buying the bow, but I am going to have to get some more information before I just send $800 to some random person overseas without speaking to them.

Sorry, Im not trying to make it complicated. I am just being very careful to make sure I dont get ripped off. You need to provide more info, or pictures of the actual bow, or give me a phone number or something. Please provide answers to my question above.

Yes, it's a sample bow. I won't unpackage all bows for pictures now. Once unpackaged i can only sell them as used.

I have attached additional pictures with the bow to this message. The bow is a bare factory package bow so that's all you'll get for $800, no sight, arrows etc. I need all my business related conversations printable so please ask via e-mail.

Ok, but I am uncomfortable doing a deal with someone from out of the country. There are just too many people trying to scam others via the internet....

I would like to see pictures of the actual bow. Also, I do not need any accessories (sight, arrow rest, ect ect). I am looking for just the bow itself. What would be a price on just the bow?

I would like to see pictures. Is there anywhere I can view it? Also, where would it be shipping from? Do you have an archery shop in the states?

Please send more info. Yes, I am interested, but I need to feel comfortable with the deal. Do you have a phone number I can contact you at?

    Thanks

I do have a 2012 Hoyt Carbon Element RKT bow set at 29'' draw length with 60-700lbs draw weight,LH . You can buy the bow package from me for $800 with S&H ( shipping and handling ) included. I can insure you that it is a brand new unit and comes with all accessories included . It has lifetime factory warranty and you can use it without any problems. Anyway you have 14 days to inspect and test the bow with money back guarantee(if you don't like it you can send it back and get your money back) .I am currently in Europe opening my new store but you will receive the bow package from the US. I ship with UPS (air service) and in 2 working days this item will be in your home. If you are interested and ready to buy please confirm your full name and shipping address so i can forward it to eBay for your invoice and schedule the shipping.
    Let me know.
    Thanks

Hey is that Carbon Element you are selling right hand or left hand?

I am looking for a left hand carbon element 70# with 29" draw.

    Thanks

sounds like a scam, because Hoyt won't allow dealers to sell that bow that cheap. Or it is stolen........

If you sent him 800 bucks he would have your money and you would have nothing.

first he says the bow has all accessories for $800, then he says it's a bare bow for $800.

even if he's the real deal, I wouldn't want to do business with a dummy

If your having to question whether it's a scam, then I would find another deal. To me, $800 is way too much money to lose.

scam, if its ebay see if you can contact the people that gave him positive feedback on similiar items. I did this once when buying a $1500 remote control and did not get scammed
