My 16 yr old just got his drivers license and I'm looking to install a gps tracking/ driver monitor system on it. Have any of you guys got any experience with these systems? What is the best one out there?

If he has a Iphone I would put a tracking app on his phone. He might not have his vehicle with him, but a teen never goes without thier phone.Comment

They had a model put in our company trucks called drive rite. it records acceleration, braking and speeding. It has sa GPS that can track where you are but the main purpose of it was to match up the actual road speed with your own vehicle speed. you can set it to go above any amount of the speed limit. they had ours set at 10 MPH above.

my wifes best freind just found a tracking device under the hood of her vehicle (put there by her recent x-husband) and a $600 charge from an electronics company on thier last statement before the divorce was finalized if that gives you any idea of how much they cost.
