Thought I would get a list going of people looking for a lease. Maybe we can help each other out if we happen to stumble on something. Who knows, maybe we can all get a lease together.

I'm looking for:
2-3 hours from Houston
willing to spend $2000-$2500 year round lease
management minded
Prefer bowhunting only.

I'm looking for a place 2-3 hours from Austin. Willing to spend $1500-$2500. Needs cabin, electricity, and water. I'd like to hunt deer hogs turkey and possibly exotics. Might have 2-3 more people interested in going in on the lease too. Needs to be a yearly lease. Please pm me if you know of or have something like that. Thanks.

Looking for a place within 2 hours of Tyler. Looking for three or four people. Year round access is a must. Camping on site is a must, water and electricity a plus. Would like to keep price under $1000/ person.

After years of hunting public land, I finally have permission from the wife to get a lease for 2013.

Ideally, it would be reasonably close to McKinney (north of Dallas), and a year-round lease with no drama where I could hunt hogs, turkeys, small game and varmints during the off-season.
