i have it and it's pretty informative. it's about an hour and a half long and covers field dressing...skinning...and butchering.

Jack Brittingham produced a pretty good video called "Game Processing Basics". You can purchase the DVD for $7.95 via his site. I saw it on clearance at Walmart a few years ago for $1. Pretty good instructional video.
