Deer Processing Suggestions

Ran a "search" for good game processors south of Dallas ( near Corsicana )and could'nt come up with anything. The one I used in Fairfield for years changed hands and last year's deer just wasn't as good. I usually do chili meat, sausage, summer sausage and ground meat. Any opinions on 3rd Avenue Market in downtown Corsicana or Svehlak's in Ennis? Anybody have any reccomendations other than driving to Syracuse or Kuby's? Thanks!

Whaleys Processing. I've used them
for years. They do a great job and have very reasonable prices.
