I finally gave up on the QAD Ultra

I have had my Parker Pioneer 65lb since November. I have adjusted and played with the QAD Ultra Rest since I got it. I never got it to perform consistantly.

So today I went to the local bow show in Lewisville. When I listed everything that QAD support had me do they told me you have done everything you can. That rest is not going to work for you. So what rest did they recommend??

They said 85% of the hunters that come into their shop use the whisper buscuit but they were selling more and more of the Diamond Hostage Rest. The Diamond Hostage is similar to the whisper biscuit in that it is full capture and uses fiber to contact the arrow but only in 3 areas and they are between the fletchings. Here is a picture:

The one I have the screws are recessed so it does not look so bulky. What do I think? I love it!!! My bow is quieter. All of the kenetic energy is hitting the target. When the arrow hits the tuff bag it sounds like someone slapping it with their hand. I am having trouble pulling the arrows out when I did not before. I know it has increased my arrow speed. Full capture, quite and does not touch my fletching. What else could you want???

Is anyone else using this rest???

PS is was $10 less than the whiper biscuits they had.

I saw this earlier. Great concept. I hated the biscut b/c it looked like it would slow down the arra.
