Totally traditional taxidermy. They process too. Off 2920 west of 249. Honey pan breakfast sausage and the Jalapeño cheese link sausage is yummy.

Fisher's meat processing has an awesome operation in Spring on Spring Cypress. Been in business a very long time. They raise their own pigs and are a full blown slaughter house.

I just picked my sausage up from them last week and its going quick bud. Had Jalepeno and smoked links made.
