                  Negative. That is a coachwhip for sure.. There are yellow and black coachwhips all over Texas. A blue indigo is a much heavier snake with a different head all together. We have both snakes all around us here and I assure you that is a coachwip or black racer...

                              They are fast but I've managed to chase a few down and catch them.And I'm here to tell ya they are some ill tempered sumbucks.Those and racers will bite like it aint nobodys business when you pick them up.
