Allergic reaction to a beer

Anyone ever had one? I did last night. I had a high wheat non filtered beer. I was seeing weirds flashes and got sweaty.

That happens to me with any beer after a 12 pack.

Never had it with beer but wine does something similar to me.

Heavy beers high in wheat or hopps make my allergies go berzerk.

Can't sit/ eat in a microbrewery..

I used to have the same type allergies to tequila. I get sweaty, see flashes, put my pants on my head, sing the Urban Cowboy soundtrack at the top of my lungs.....and dance on tables.

I can't even drink alcohol anymore. Everytime I take a sip my face feels like somebody took a torch to it. My doctors keep telling me that it's Asian flush. I guess they don't see the blond hair, blue eyes, and red beard. I'm all Irish/German without even a speck of Asian.

It's high wheat hops in it take a Zantac before drinking eliminates flushing and allergies Benadryl works too.

One of my friends had a similar reaction several years ago after drinking a few beers. Turns out he was allergic to the aluminum in the can, and not the beer itself.

Maybe the glutens in the beer, you could be allergic to them.
