Actually, I just want to hunt elk again. One great big ol' stainky muddy mossy horn 6 X 6 bull would just tickle me three shades of pink. Other than that, I'd just as soon chase hogs.

I'm going to have to agree with txbowkill and say that mine would be the kudu, but I really want to go on an African Safari for a month...I would also like to do a diy hunt for caribou in Alaska when the bush plane flys you in and gives you supplies for two weeks, wishes you luck and are gone
