    Semi Live from Grayson County

I drove into Grayson around 3 this morning from Austin. The temp went from 68 to 44 on the 4hr drive. I was trying to get in my stand at 5am but I felt terrible. I remember being able to go without sleep for days guess age is starting to take hold (not 30 yet) haha. I'm hunting public land on the Red River today it's a good mile hike to my stand since no vehicles allowed. The stand is about 70yrds from the bank of the river on top of a creek bottom with some nice trails. I hunted this stand two years ago and had some nice bucks swim across from Oklahoma. Tomorrow I will be hunting a private ranch that touches lake Texoma about 9miles from hagermam wildlife refuge. I will post a picture of a buck I'm hunting on the private land. For the public land I will shoot anything no matter size that's over 4.5yrs old.
    Thanks for watching!

Nice buck. Does that mean you are after a spike on the public land?

Only squirrel running around the trees heard a pig pretty far off, it's getting cold hands starting to hurt. Low of 32 tomorrow hopefully better luck.
