Very low deer densities, maybe 1 deer per 200-300 acres. Yes quality may have been good in the past, but 100 hunters on a property that size in those low deer densities tells me there won't be many deer left. I would look another direction.

I looked into on very similar in west Texas and that's exactly what it looked like to me. Western land simply can't handle the type of hunting pressure that we put on more typical Texas area's.
