not a business in those terms no guide no oufitters. Just know landowners who want hunters, and hunters who are looking for landowners. so middle man is a good way to describe it. Have had some pretty good luck getting some guys great land. Everyone continues to be happy with the end results. and i get some kick back as well for my time. Win win for everyone. Plus thebest part of it for me is i have met some awesome new people along the way so my networks only get stronger and I have new hunting buddies for sure. I have also been helping some other guys with no kick back who just have questions or want help with public land or other things like that

He has found me two great places. I saw the farm in Arkansas City and it could be a good place. He is hustling hard to help guys find good farms because there are a lot of landowners this year needing some hunters. You would not believe what he found me! I still can't believe it. Worth every penny finders fee I have ever paid and now I have a chance to hunt the best ground around Argonia. He fills feeders for me as well on my Harper ground and so we have a good relationship going. I already hunted in Harper and Anthony area. Now I get to hunt those plus Argonia and Manchester thanks to Mecca. Gonna take him hunting this year for sure!

The land is on oklahoma/kansas border. Oklahoma is his southern boundary. South west of Arkansas City just a few miles. 80 acres. very reasonable price very good value on this piece. who ever takes it this year has it locked in for following years if they want it.
