Cut the strap into small steaks. Pound them flat wrapped in clingwrap, season with fiesta brand uncle chris steak seasoning, spead cream cheese and japs, wrap in bacon.

Yes sir that is some good stuff! If you wrap another piece of bacon around the open ends you wont lose as much cream cheese.

I love finger food. Especially stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. Then anything can be tasty.

Suggestion: Precook the bacon a little bit. It needs to still be floppy, but not raw either.

This will help make the bacon done when the meat is done.
