2008 dodge manual problems?

Hey guys,

My 2008 Dodge 5500 with the 6 speed manual is make a squeling noise when the truck is in neutral and clutch not pressed. It also makes the noise sometimes when pushing in the clutch?

What is causing this, and how bad is it?
