Buck fawn in the backyard

I need some GS advice. My best friend had a buck fawn somehow get into his fenced (6' stockade) backyard in Sanger. Little guy is eating out his daughter's hand and Momma doe isn't anywhere to be found.

Feed it as a pet or take it to the closest woods and let it go. What do we do with the buck?
