LSU vs A&M

Just thinking out loud here, but so far I'm not convinced that any team in the SEC, aside from Alabama, is a legitimate Top 10 team. I, personally, think Florida is overrated, which means LSU is probably overrated, which dictates that SC is overrated, which means that UGA was DEFINITELY overrated! I realize that may or may not speak well for my Aggies, but is this a case of SEC teams all being so good that they just beat each other up, or are they not really as good as their national reputation leads everybody to believe? If the latter, is that good or bad for the Aggies?

Who from No.11 on down would be taking their places?

If this is te SEC's 2nd best, I like where we're at. But I wasn't too impressed with Florida or LSU

Just got home from the game and it was a great time. Congrats to the Tigers for a good game! We made some freshman mistakes and the out come would have different if we wound have made the field goals and extra points.

On another note it looks like a fan for another Texas team is already taking shots. He can't take away from what we have I just feel sorry he is such a miserable person when his team is not doing so well. Hope his Sunday is better than his last hehehe

As an Aggie I'll admit I'm disappointed with today's results.

The difference between a good team and a bubble team; a good team wins the games they shouldn't, a bubble team loses the games they shouldn't.

I don't think A&M or LSU will even get close to beating Alabama. LSU doesn't have the offense. A&M doesn't have the defense to stop Alabama, and Alabama has a defense to rival LSU.

I've thought since the beginning of the season that the true litmus test for A&M will be the MSU game. We could finish 9-3 but I'm not sure we knock off MSU.

I don't think I have the stamina any more for these loud, close, exciting games especially with my knees and all the standing. I just got back home to Nac and knew this game would be disected on here. We can all speculate the woulda's and coulda's- if we coulda made the two missed field goals and the missed extra point, if we coulda not had two turnovers that led to 14 points we woulda won. We showed our youth and inexperience in several key postions today and I guess we don't have another cornerback worth playing or we wouldn't be playing that #22- he's killing us. We are lucky to be 1-1 in the two games (Ole Miss and LSU)with 10 turnovers total. One thing this team has shown- they're not scared of anybody. I got to share the game down with the LSU fans and everybody played nice so that made losing not quite as bad as it could have been.

Give it time, you'll be convinced. You're still in the Big 12 mindset, you see offense's playing poorly, and even if you win you feel, it's sloopy. This is week in and week out in the SEC. The only team that's ever won it all with offense instead of defense was Florida with Tebow, and it's not like their defense was that bad. Johnny has the talent to be as good as Tebow, but even at his best he couldn't do it year in and year out by himself. Aggies look way better than I expected, but let's just hope Sulmin isn't one of those offensive genious's that for some reason can't find a half-*** defensive coordinator to take them to the title (oregon, WVU, ect.)

I don't think you'll have problems with Miss State, they always lose in the 2nd half of their season, they don't have the depth of the other teams in the SEC.
