What some fail to realize is that ATM has a great big Oline and lots of strength. SC is not an offensive juggernaut, so really should not even be considered as valid. LSU stops the run very well, when they are allowed to stack the box and go man to man coverage. If they do that against ATM it will be a long day. ATM recievers are much bigger and faster than any they have seen to this point in the year. I am confident that ATM will win, if they don't turn the ball over and get stupid
Snipehunter - this is the SEC. Everyone loads the box, it's just that our linebackers are so fast they can be in coverage in the blink of an eye. I know your only famliar with Big 12 defenses, watch this game and you'll see what a real defense does!
My Tigers take it 31-20. The key to the game for the Tigers is going to be keeping the offensive drives going. They can't have to many 3 and outs leaving the defense on the field. As long as the D has the ability to stay fresh, they have the speed and pressure to put on Manziel that he hasn't faced yet. Kyle field can be an intimidating place to play, but LSU thrives in those kinds of environments.

I am a fan of smack talk. I really like how the former Texas defensive coordinator's team from Florida held the Tigers out of the endzone I will be watching for sure though. BTW, ATM is in the SEC now.
At halftime, A&M leads 28-10. LSU comes back to lead 31-28 with under 5:00 left. At the end of the game, A&M barely finishes another game 35-31 with Manziel making something out of a screwed up play...again
It should be a great game. Time slot of 11:00 a.m. is a sham though.
As for Manziel in the heisman talks. I think it's fairly dumb at this point to have a serious discussion. I think he has done great, but you also have to take into consideration who A&M has played thus far this year and the kid has only had a handful of starts.
Florida - Top 10 team and lossed
SMU - Horrible even for CUSA standards
SC State - They are in the MEAC Conference. Can anyone even say what that stands for without Google.
Arkansas - In shambles at this point
Ole Miss - Good win for A&M; however Ole Miss has been an SEC bottom feeder for a while. Not a blow out either.
La Tech - Quality opponent, however, they are in the WAC. Another good win for the Aggies, but at 59 to 57; this wasn't exactly a beat down.
I'm very interested to see how the rest of the schedule plays out. I will say this, LSU has problems on offense, so if A&M can lay down some points early, they will have a very good chance of winning.
Note, I am not a Longhorn fan. Just simply a 3rd party observer.
I dont care what the score is, as long as A&M wins!
I live and work in LSU country, so the smack talk has gone on since this summer. I have several bets on the game with the people in the office, one of which will have me wearing an LSU shirt to work if A&M loses!
What does "not picked up" mean? They have played at noon-ish, 3-ish, 6 and 8 this year. Every game has been televised.
When they're not televised, what time are they used to playing. LSU is 7PM unless they're picked up (televised). I'm kind of wondering if the crowd will be too tired to yell since they'll be up all night practicing.
