'07 Dodge 1500 Programer ?

What is the best on for the price? Also does the ones for the 1500 allow you to turn off the emission stuff. My 02 sensors and EGR valve are out and I would rather just turn them off or bypass them instead of replacing them. Since Oklahoma doesn't have emission inspections what is the point in having them.

For egr and 02 sensors you'll need a custom tune I would recommend it anyways their way better on gas trucks than a handheld tuner
