I have just started shooting left handed and I'm having major issues getting my field points and broadheads to group together. Wandering if there is anybody around San Antonio that might be able to help me out some time. Broadheads are hitting about 5 inches to the right and I have moved my rest as far over to the left as it can go without having sketching clearance issues. Shooting a switchback set at around 63 lbs and 29" dl. Arrows are 29" long and 8.2 gpi. Unfortunately I don't have a grain scale handy to check the total weight. Guessing them to weigh a total of around 360 grains though. Am I just way off of center or something maybe? Any help is very appreciated.

I am no expert or advanced bow person but what I beleive to be correct is centershot is basically aligning your arrow rest with your cams horizontally. I thought I read somewhere where you could take a sharpy marker and make a dot on the inner part of each limb that is in line with the center of each cam. These marks should be down the limb as close to the rest as possible. Measure arrow shaft od and offset each dot by half of the arrow shaft. Nock an arrow and take a piece of string and match it up with both dots and the side of the arrow should just barely touch the shaft.
Again I am no advanced bow person but something I read. Of course this is just a starting point.
My son ran into a simialr problem with his bow a few months ago. Was hitting 5" to the side and his sight was just about out of adjustment. Took a look at the center shot and the bow shop who put the rest on had the centershot off. I adjusted it and we repsighted and solved his problem.

Thanks for that info k-dog. I used to go there 3 or 4 times a week!! Had no idea he had just moved. Gotta go see him regardless of if I get this tuning issue solved.
Best I can find is that I should be 13/16ths of an inch away from the riser. I was definitely way off here at the end, but that was just bc I was trying to get my broadheads to group better. I moved it back over to exactly there and will try to start over again tomorrow. Thanks for all the help.
