Which Trail Camera do I buy?

We are running 4 of the primos truth cam. They have performed flawlessly.

Evidently I am the only one to ever have trouble with a Bushnell camera!

I have also used Scoutguard cameras. I set two last January. One on a trail and one on a feeder. I was not able to get back to this remote spot until last weekend. The camera I had on a well used trail was still running and took a picture of me. The other camera ran for 5 months, although the feeders were empty before that. These same cameras have also failed me before....take pics for 2 days and stop.

Now I fire up my Bushnell trophy cam and it works fine. Go figure. I am not really sure what happened.

I have had two Bushnell trophy cams running for several years and loved them. Recently replaced one and have gone through three of the new Bushnell Trophy cam HD cameras and they are worthless. Bushnell customer service sends me another camera each time that does not work. Each trip back to factory cost postage and 3-4 weeks. They wanted me to turn the 8MP down to 3MP to try and get it to work. Started this by buying a brand new camera in mid August and still do not have a working camera from bushnell. I have spent a bunch in postage and gas back and forth to check the cameras. I will never buy another bushnell product. ET

I just recently purchased a M-80 Moultrie to replace a crapped out original Primos 35. So far I am not impressed with the day or night time pics. I had it on the high setting which is what I have always used on my Moultrie I-40 which takes great pics. Before I left the lease I put both cameras on Enhanced setting. Hopefully pic quality will improve.

Moultrie!!! We have Em on the lease as love them. Have had mine goin on three seasons would be four but the screen whent out on first one. Sent to them with letter explaining what was up. Had a new one on my door step with in the week. CS IS REALY REALY GOOD!!! Jut my $0.02

Out of the 3 stealthcams i have 1 lasted 3 seasons and the other 2 lasted 2. I guess that's pretty good for as much as they're outside in the weather and the pictures were always clear and the video was good. I'm trying to decide now if I'm going to buy another or go with a different brand

We have used a lot of different ones throughout the years and in my opinion the the ones with a flash take the best night shots. I had a cude back that worked great. We now have some reconyx. They are awesome there's always a lot of pics and they run on 12 AA lithium batteries that power it all year without having to replace them. It depends what u want to spend.

I also have another one that is still going strong that my wife bought me 3 years ago for christmas. Thats the only reason I stuck with the stealth cam. Like you said they take great pics and they stay out probly 6 months out of the year. I put them up from July through January then take them down till the next July. I also have a cheap bushnell thats pretty good its a little older but I paid 80 bucks for it at walmart and its lasted 6 years under the same time outside

My Moultrie I-40 finally crapped out on me this year.....It lasted about 3 years. I purchased a Covert M60 and so far, I am very pleased with trigger speed, pics and battery life. I also really like the small size and I plan on getting another one.

I have 18 moultrie m80's and they stay out all year and not one single problem. For some reason they use up regular aa's pretty fast but lithium aa last a long time. I'm getting well over 10,000 pics per set of lithiums.

Love my m-80 and I get a lot more than 3500 pics out of my batterys. Like my primos too.

I've been really impressed with my Black Ops from DLCCOVERT. Best bang for my buck that I've found and getting pix sent to my email is saving loads of fuel money and lost time. I will probably be switching to them exclusively for next season.

I am on my way to bass pro to return my second m-80.... I must just have bad luck... Just won't take pictures.... What gives... I guess I will just try another one
