has anything like this ever happend to you i guess i was about 15 or so and me and my dad was out hunting we were siting on an oat patch and i had been watchin this sparro hawk flyin around and saw it go land in the tree where me dad was huntin well my dad said that he saw the hawk and it was cold that day and my dad had his hat on down low and his coat collar up high and he blinked hes eyes and that hawk said breakfest and in the stand he went and i could see my dad going crazy in the box blind and then the hawk and my dad came out the door and the hawk let go i think he realised he bit off more than he could chew well i went to the house cause i was laughin so hard that there are no deer in about three counties well the hawk did get my dad right around the eye all we can figuer out is that hawk thought he was a squriel with his long hair and big mustash

I had a hawk attack me one time. I was sitting in a 16 ft tripod with just my head above the treeline. All of a sudden I had something hit me from behind in the back of my head. Scared the you know what out of me. I catch my balance and look up and see a dazed and confused hawk land about 15 yards away in a tree. -
Came close to having something like that happen recently.
We have a box blind that the buzzards got into between seasons. It hadnt been hunted much during deer season and I decided to give it a go a month or so ago cause thats where the hogs are. There were 2 buzzards hangin around, so was watching them cause nothing else was moving. One started coming my way (I was in lala land watching the thing) it got closer then I realized it was coming in with me. I got my arm stuck out the window just in time to keep that nasty critter from flying in with me.Comment
