*** Walmart trail cam returns. Not happy *****

Bought a Bushnell trail cam in sept from walmart. $120 bucks. Put it out about 2 weeks ago. It is not working right so i went to return it. They said walmart has new policy. The consider trail cams a camera and only with take it back in under 15 days. After that you have send to manufacturer. I told them I had not even opened the package in 15 days. No dice

Will not be purchasing them from walmart any longer. I had all packaging and reciept.

I've never heard of Walmart rejecting any returns. I'll be honest though, the line at customer service usually prevents me from attempting to take anything back.

call the manufacturer. they can go off the serial number and tell how old it is.. You would be surprised how helpful they will be. Its not Wal-Marts fault it's not working...

I have one of the small Bushnells from Walmart. Have had it for three years and it's worked great, up until I let some friends borrow it over the summer now it works when it wants to. I think something was spilled on it......oh well, gives me an excuse to get a new one.

if you like the brand of camera and think you got a lemon, couldn't you just go get a new one, then return the broken one on the second one's receipt?

take it to another store. i took one back to the midlothian walmart after 60 days no problem
