I switched my Cable and internet over to Uverse a few years ago from DirecTV. Now I'm about to my wits end. AT&T has got about the worst customer service I have had the displeasure to deal with. I'll go months with good service and then BAM! its out, and I'm waiting days to get it back... this makes 5 so far. This after spending at least 45 minutes on the phone with India. Its sad that I remember their customer service phone number and all the questions they're gonna ask.

What I really want to know is how do ya'll like the DirecTV's internet and DVR? Do they still require a box at each TV and a phone line. I'm only asking here because I'll get a straight answer. I was thinking about getting Dish but they didn't cave to AMC's extortion.
