    SpyPoint Tiny-- problem, need input

I bought a spypoint Tiny back in May. only used in back yard.
    current problem,
when you select "Picture" and then hit the "OK" button, the camera does it's 6 second LED red light blink to allow you time to get out of sensor range.
    BUT
this is where the camera just turns off now, INSTEAD of staying picture taking mode.

I have replaced batteries and the 3volt "time" battery
    downloaded the current update
    reformatted the camera
and it still continues to "turn off" instead of staying in detection mode
the only way to get the camera back on is to remove the battery tray and then hit the power button. then repeat above

    anyone had this happen?

i have sent off an e-mail with the above to CS@spypoint, will see what they say also

    thanks

It's been sent off and in their hands. (it had to go to the US building then from there to Canada) Canada has had it for a week +. haven't heard anything from them yet.
      will update when something happens

got the "tiny" back Thursday (1-31-13) 4 months after sending back. they replaced the circuit board got the unit working and didn't charge me anything.

not sure how i feel about this???

i was open and honest with Adam H. about purchasing this unit from Camofirexcom. unit was new and only used in backyard, literally the back porch.
i'm not thrilled with the time it took nor several emails that i felt "reminded" them that they had my unit (during which time i felt that i would be paying for any repair to get the unit working properly again. (i did buy this from an "over stock, old stock" type dealer) )
        BUT
i do have to give high regards that spypoint DID REPAIR at their cost and time my unit.

it took some time (during season and they are a small company) and i want to say thank you here on TBH for not charging me what could have been a $50-150 bill. (circuit board, time, and shipping from Canada)
unit is working again and all is good!

not sure how to rate a 4 month turn around but under the circumstances the ending is good. soo a seems fitting.
