Bizarre Trail Cam Pics -Finally Have Proof But What is it???

Okay over the last few years I have seen whitetail bucks with something bizarre on their antlers but I could never get any close up pics of them

It drove me crazy and I was the only one seeing them

Then finally I see this on the TC pics



And then this



I thought maybe it was the string from round bales but its not

Have you ever seem such a thing? Any ideas on what it is? How do they keep getting these bizarre decorations?
