    Just finished up my first set of ribs. They came out amazing. Smoked with apple at 190 for 8.5 hours. The meat falls off the meat lol. Click image for larger version

    We had Grilled Butterfly Cut Backstrap seasoned with Tex Joy Steak Seasoning and brushed with Wild Huckleberry BBQ Sauce.... Macaroni & Cheese and Green Beans..
    DELICIOUS.......

            I actually found the rub on here. It's brown sugar, salt (I used lawrys) cayenne pepper, onion and garlic powder. Don't remember the exact amounts but the whole recipe is on here you can search my posts as I thanked him for it.
