Looking for a good RV park for long term to keep my travel trailer. Prefer the west side around Hackberry and close to a boat ramp. Any suggestions

Not real close to the ramps but Chopique RV Park on Hwy 27 next to the Exxon station is a great park. They have a washateria, showers, and restrooms on site. They have water ,sewer, electricity at each site. Their eletric is 50 amp service so you might need to get an 50 to 30 amp adapter. You can contact them at 337-583-8439 or contact Kim at 337-802-9118. This is the only park that we will stay at when we go and we spend 2-3 weeks a year there. 10-15 minutes from boat ramps.

Not sure of their long term rates but when we stay a week at a time it was around $75. Kim has always had long term people so the rates should be great. Please give her a call she is a special woman and runs a clean park and she will give you a great rate.
