Let's talk mounts

Can you put a wall pedestal mounted deer in the side of an actual pedestal? Hoping to kill a big one in Kansas and mount him to a rock fence post I brought home from KS about 6 years ago.

A wall pedestal can be attached to a fence post, but IMO, it doesn't look as "finished" as a shoulder pedestal mount.

If you're having it mounted, take the post to your taxi and tell him what you want. If he looks at you like you're crazy, take it somewhere else.
