    Any Inexpensive Bow Only Day Leases Around Robert Lee/San Angelo/Abilene?

    I'm going to be in Robert Lee for about 4 days in a few weeks leading worship for a revival, and want to try to have some fun while I'm there. Do any of you guys know of any good day leases in that area? Hoping for a day rate kind of deal, even though I'd take a chance of not seeing anything. Not looking to kill a monster, but rather to hunt some while I have the free time.

    I've looked over the Rate The Day Lease section, but thought I'd check here as well.

        I feel Like I have seen a few ads for the San Angelo area but I can't name then off the top of my head. I'll look in the thrifty nickel again, I'm pretty sure that's where I saw a few of them

              Dont know what your timeframe is but San Angelo State Park is open until Sunday Nov 4 for bowhunting. All you need is an APH permit for 48 bucks. It pretty primitave, hand corn only with 7 areas to hunt. usually pretty light during the week. I saw 2 vehicles there today. there were 21 on Saturday evening at all 7 areas.
