Well we didn't get a chance to get any Snipe because we had hogs all over us just couldn't get them to cooperate. We will try the snipe next trip. I think I'll do it live. I've never seen a live snipe hunt on TBH.

I've let my son do all the setup and it's a hoot listening to it. You would think he was a snipe hunting guru. His cousin wont stop asking when we can go now. He even brought his own sack.

We intiated a friend of mines wife and one of my boys friend on the same "hunt". My wife talked it up and they were totally convinced that the pillow cases and sticks were the ticket. Took up to the pasture under some really big oaks and left them there, it was hilarious. Wish I could find the pics of it.

When I took my son last year he was so mad at me he didn't say a word for the rest of the night. Then I told him "Son, there are two kinds of people in this world. Those that have been Snipe hunting and those that haven't, and I don't think your cousin has been yet. A smile came over him and he started laughing. He said this is going to be great. He's been planning it all year.
