Here are some arrowheads found when I was a kid. Look how tiny these suckers are. Can anyone tell me more about them? Used to shoot birds maybe?

I can help a little. Im not an expert but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
The top one is a true arrow point. It was likely used for large game like deer. The Bow was only invented about 2500 years ago in North America. Points and and shafts had to be very small in order to get enough penetration on large animals.
The second appears to be an older dart point that is reworked and smaller than its origional form from resharpening. It was thrown with an Atalatal and may have been used for any type of game as well. It is likely several thousand years old.
