    Which size hog to shoot?

The biggest sow? Middle sized boar? I've heard that the smaller they are, the better they taste. But then again if you shoot a big ol hawg then you get bragging rights!

Depends. Are you looking for one to eat, or trying to thin the herd? If you are looking for one to eat then I shoot a sow. If you are looking to thin the herd then I shoot the first one that stands still. Removing boars is like shooting bucks. You are depleting the population by 1. If you shoot sows, you make a quicker dent in the population.

I going for my first bow kill! I'm also 14 so shooting a 200 lb hog may not be the brightest idea although in my defense, I have been doing P90X (occasionally)

Are you talking about to eat? Then the little ones. 80 lbs. However if you have the chance to shoot a boar or sow, I say air out the sow. That goes for a long way in thinning out the herd.
For eating. My order of preference. 1. Baby 2. Sow Not eating a boar!
For Killing 1. Sow (Baby Maker) 2. Boar 3. All the rest

No need for LDP's and bragging rights with pigs for me.
                KAP!!!

I guess for me then it'll be the first one to come to the feeder and stand still

They all eat the same. It is all in how you take care of them in the field. Shoot the first o e that gives you a shot.

I shoot the biggest if it presents a shot and I don't care I it's a sow or a boar, they all taste good!
